Kids Yoga (Ages 5 – 9):
Creative thinking, flexibility, better health, inner focus, greater concentration, improved social skills and physical strength are just some of the benefits of yoga for kids. Through interactive games and exercises, kids learn yoga postures, breathing techniques and lots more! And it’s all just plain fun!
Yoga for Teens (Ages 10 and up):
The teen years are a time of tremendous change. Yoga, as a way of understanding one’s self and freeing up the body and mind, is a great asset for kids as they learn new ways of being. Our program offers not only the physical movement that young people need, but creates a supportive environment for self-discovery.
